The Team

Dave Erickson has been in the manufactured home industry since 1975. He first owned and operated a service and transporting business, then worked in thc factory building Schult Homes, and finally owned and operated Factory Home Center since 1984.

Joan Erickson has been involved in the manufactured home business since 1978.

Kevin Sinclair worked as a Factory Representative for Schult Homes from 1988 until buying into Factory Home Center in 1996. As a rep he has worked all over the five state area and is probably the most knowledgeable salesman of Schult Homes.

Kathy Dahms joined Dave and Joan in 1986 and is handling the service request.

Installation

We try to maintain the latest in home installation equipment. Unlike most dealers we can install the frost free piers for you. And we even have our own crane rigging for basement sets.

Our Sales Area

Because we have the Schult plant right here in town, customers have come from hundreds of miles away to view our models and tour the factory. Consequently we have sold homes as far west as the Utah border, north to the Canadian border, East to Central Wisconsin, and South to Central Iowa. Your new Schult home will be trucked from Redwood Falls anyway, so why not buy from one of the most friendly and knowledgeable dealerships in the upper mid west?
